We
have always and will continue to operate our guiding services
on a sustained yield basis. We do not put dollars in front of
the well being of the wildlife and land resources.
Bob
Fithian is a licensed Alaska Master Guide. He has served on the Upper Kuskokwim State Fish and Game
Advisory Board (1984-86) and serves currently on the
Wrangell-St. Elias Federal Subsistence Commission. He has also served as President of
the Alaska Miners Association (1995-96)and is currently Executive Director for the
Alaska Professional
Hunters Association.
Barb
Fithian is a Class A Assistant Guide with over 10
years professional guide experience. Currently she fills
the office manager position for the Alaska Professional
Hunters Association and is the managing editor of The
Alaska Professional Hunter. When not in the office
for APHA or the family guiding business, she can be found
either in her airplane or with
her sleddog team.
We
are proud of our boys and their accomplishments.
Heith, Cody and Jared are all licensed
guides
and Cody is also a licensed pilot. Cody married
Rebekah in May of 2006 and Jared married Amanda
in March 2008, we are excited to welcome them to our family business! Heith has three beautiful children, Laura Lynn, Robert
Philip (Bobby) and Esther Marie.
We
